It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, which means it is the close of the year and time for the CCPA Annual Meeting sponsored by Midwest Legacy Group LLC. Due to limited seating for this event, everyone must register. There will not be a virtual option for this meeting as we will be voting on new officers. Please make sure you receive email confirmation of your registration.

REMINDER: THIS IS OUR ANNUAL TOY/GIFT DRIVE with Olive Branch Mission, so please bring the following with you to the meeting:

DONATION REQUESTS:

1) New unwrapped Toys

2) Gift Cards in the amounts of $5/$10

3) Scented lotions, body sprays, perfume (no candles due to fire hazard)

About the association

CCPA is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of minority communities.

Our members provide medical care throughout Cook County and serve many minority populations. We have also partnered with organizations to provide medical professionals for mentorship and volunteer events such as health fairs, voter registration drives and career days. Our members provide expert knowledge by speaking on health-related panels hosted by various groups such as legislature, faith- based and community organizations. CCPA wants to be more present in our communities. Let’s partner to make this organization the best that it can be.
